I understand that this training is NOT a train the trainer session and does not certify me to be able to train or certify others. I agree not to use, steal any information that is shared, provided to me from Boss Babe Beauty Academy and understand legal actions can be taken in the event I disclose or use any of the content provided to me. Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and may be enforced in any court in California.

21.Assumption of risks and release and limitation on Liability:

I also acknowledge that Boss Babe Beauty Academy is not responsible for my success or future in body sculpting. I acknowledge that this is not a body sculpting license/ Massage therapy license. I agree to check my city, county, and state's regulations in regard to body sculpting procedures, before operating a business in this field.
